MY CAREER NEEDS

I knew college was my next step but had NO idea what I wanted to do. People recommended accounting. I took accounting and, still had NO clue what that meant I'd do for a job. I grew frustrated as my career path took twists and turns. My own obstacles led me to a greater understanding of both the career decision making as well as job search process. I have a passion for helping others straighten their own career path and find their best fit.

My work experience includes four primary areas:​

• Coaching adults in career search and transition.

• Creating, designing and developing career development programs for groups and individuals.

• Staffing, recruiting and training for three companies.

• Teaching career and internship courses at the University of Minnesota.​

My passion is helping people know their strengths, interests, values and skills/abilities and to create their personal brand and then use it to effectively assess potential fit. This knowledge aids people in applying wisely to positions and find a mutual fit for themselves, the work they do and where they do it.

I LOVE asking questions and getting to know the ins and outs of everyone's situation and share with them how I can help them properly define and successfully reach their goals.
